Vaughan Education Foundation, Inc® (HVEF) exist to educate, motivate, inspire and shape the lives of future leaders and educators seeking to enhance the lives of our most precious citizens---our children. The HVEF takes a two prong approach to advance the field of education. We offer education scholarships for students and education grants for teachers who seek to provide each student a diverse education in a safe, supportive environment that promotes self-discipline, motivation, and excellence in learning. |
| The Harry L. Vaughan Education Foundation, Incorporated® was founded in 2005. The core objective of the Foundation is to promote scholastic achievement in college-bound high school seniors. Scholarships are awarded annually in the spring. The Harry L. Vaughan Education Foundation Board is comprised of five board members. Daughter Kimberly Vaughan serves as the Executive Director. It was Kimberly’s desire to convey to the Greater Tennessee region her father’s unshakable impression of academic excellence. She is an award winning education practitioner with nearly 10 years of teaching invested in the Metro Public School system. |
